Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea KNK \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh 2 lo\u1ea1i:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"17:1-19:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:102\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng:\u00a0s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111o l\u01b0\u1eddng,\u00a0t\u00ednh to\u00e1n \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i KNK.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"18:1-19:0\">Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u00ednh:\u00a0s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p KNK:\u00a0x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh ph\u1ea1m vi ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea,\u00a0c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea,\u00a0ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:99\">Thu th\u1eadp th\u00f4ng tin, s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u:\u00a0thu th\u1eadp th\u00f4ng tin,\u00a0s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i c\u1ea7n ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"24:1-24:95\">X\u1eed l\u00fd th\u00f4ng tin, s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u:\u00a0x\u1eed l\u00fd th\u00f4ng tin,\u00a0s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u theo ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea \u0111\u00e3 l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:92\">T\u00ednh to\u00e1n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i KNK:\u00a0t\u00ednh to\u00e1n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i KNK c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"26:1-27:0\">L\u1eadp b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea KNK:\u00a0l\u1eadp b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea KNK theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"28:1-28:201\">T\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea KNK \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 06\/2022\/N\u0110-CP ng\u00e0y 07 th\u00e1ng 01 n\u0103m 2022 c\u1ee7a Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 v\u1ec1 \u201cQuy \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u1ea3m nh\u1eb9 ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i kh\u00ed nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh v\u00e0 b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 t\u1ea7ng \u00f4z\u00f4n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:125\">Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y, c\u00e1c c\u01a1 s\u1edf thu\u1ed9c danh m\u1ee5c do Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 ban h\u00e0nh ph\u1ea3i th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ki\u1ec3m k\u00ea KNK \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 2 n\u0103m\/l\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:94\">C\u00e1c c\u01a1 s\u1edf c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u1ef1 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ki\u1ec3m
